There seems to be an issue where completed torrents that are not seeding anymore! This happens sporadically, but fairly often. I am not sure, but I think previous versions had this problem too, but less often. Sometimes files where locked even after removing the torrents complete, but this has not happened in 3.

It's pissing me off too. So I guess you could go back to it. The describtion in the ticket seems a bit different to me, I think it still is about "active" torrents. I have the problem with torrents that are supposed to be complete "finished". Or maybe qBittorrent and libtorrent use different terms?
It is also annoying that this is random. I don't suppose it would not be efficient, but one could work around problems with libtorrent by sort of "completely removing" files just as they are when "deleting" them from the list and then completely "requeue" them when they are started again.
At least this would solve the issue if libtorrent does not change. It seems to be completely random. I believe it's fixed here: comment. Misiek I checked your link, but it doesn't seem as though it's been fixed. I'm still experiencing it with the newest patch.
